Tournament Information

Registration:  One Line Registration    Printable Entry Form

Eligibility: Each one day series winner and the top 24 players in boys 14-18 age division, and the top 12 in the other divisions. The top players will be determined by performance in the 2006 TYGA one-day events.

Entries open: August 2, 2006

Entry deadline: August 10, 2006

Divisions: Boys 14-18, boys 12-13, girls 12-13, girls 14-18 and 11 & under (9 holes only)

Number of players: 60

Starting times: Tee times will begin at 8 am off #1.  Starting times and pairings will be available on August 12, 2006.  Players will be repaired for round 2 based off of scores from round 1. 

Entry Fees: $30

Electronic Measuring Devices:  Players may use an approved range finder during this event.

Caddies:  Players must walk at all times, but may use a caddy.  Caddies must be 18 years of age or younger (no exceptions) and must walk at all times.

Prizes: Trophies are awarded to each divisional winner.

Withdraws:  If you can not compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the TYGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the tournament.  If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year.

Practice Round: Tuesdays - Thursdays for $20 per person.  Players must call club to schedule tee time for practice round.  Please identify yourself as playing in the tyga tour championship.

Spectator Carts:  Spectator carts will be available at a rate of $20 per person.  All spectator carts must remain on the cart paths.  Please see club for additional rules and regulations.

Rankings:  This is a boys and girls NC junior rankings event that has been assigned a 4 multiplier. 

Parent policy:  Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren).  We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball.
