Tournament Information
F
ormat: Individual 18-hole stroke play (9-holes for 11 & under divisions).Eligibility: TYGA members who are 8-18 years of age as of July 31, 2006 and have not started college.
Entries open: May 3, 2006
Entry deadline: July 19, 2006
Divisions: Boys 14-18, boys 12-13, girls 12-14, girls 15-18 and 11 & under (9 holes only)
Number of players: 84
Starting times: Tee times will begin at 8 am off #1 and #10. Starting times and pairings will be available on July 24, 2006.
Entry Fees: $10
Electronic Measuring Devices: Players may use an approved range finder during this event.
Caddies: Players must walk at all times, but may use a caddy. Caddies must be 18 years of age or younger (no exceptions) and must walk at all times.
Prizes: Trophies are awarded to each divisional winner.
Withdraws: If you can not compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the TYGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year.

Practice Round: Available on any weekday at no charge. Weekends for $10 per person. Please call club to schedule your tee time. Please identify yourself as playing in the tyga one day event.
Spectator Carts: Spectator carts will be available at a rate of $14 per person. All spectator carts must remain on the cart paths. Please see club for additional rules and regulations.
Rankings: This is a boys and girls NC junior rankings event that has been assigned a 2 multiplier.
Parent policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball.
Tour Championship: Invitations will be extended to the top 24 players in boys 14-18 age division, and the top 12 in the other divisions. The top players will be determined by performance in the 2006 TYGA one-day events. The Tour Championship will be held at River Run CC in Davidson, NC on August 14 & 15, 2006.
